The Clinical Research Of The Treatment Efficacy For Angina Pectoris And Coronary Artery Endothelial Function By GuanXinPing

Objective:Before and after treatment, the changes of plasma ET and NO, electrocardiogram (ECG) and symptoms of the patient with coronary heart disease (CHD) are observed.Then it is used to evaluate the effect of GuanXinPing granule on coronary artery endothelial function and the treatment efficacy for angina pectoris, and the mechanism is explored.Method:From January,2011to February,2013,60cases is collected in the study, which is from Jiangsu Province of TCM.60cases were divided into two groups.30cases in treatment group were treated by western medicine plus GuanXinPing granule,4pills a time,3times a day, and30cases in control group by XinKeshu granule,4pills a time,3times a day,for4weeks. Then the changes of plasma ET and NO, electrocardiogram and symptoms of the patient with CHD are observed.Results:1. The symptoms of patients with angina pectoris are relieved in two groups. After the treatment the frequency of angina pectoris attacks in treatment group are less than that in control group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of the duration of angina pectoris in two groups is not statistically significant (P>0.05).2. After treatment the symptoms including chest tightness, chest pain, palpitations are relieved. There is statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).3. The leads of ST depression and T-wave inversion are reduced after treatment, the difference of two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05).4. After treatment the level of NO is higher than before treatment, the difference of two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of ET is lower in treatment group, and it is higher in control group. The difference of two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. GuanXinPing granule can relieve the symptoms of the patient with angina pectoris, reduce the frequency and the duration of angina pectoris attacks.2. GuanXinPing granule can raise the level of NO, lower the level of ET. It indicates that GuanXinPing granule can treat angina pectoris by improving vascular endothelial function.
