The Clinical Research Of GuanXinPing For The Protection Of Vascular Endothelial Function In Coronary Heart Disease-Angina Pectoris Which Is Qi-Yin Deficiency And Phlegm-Blood Stasis Syndrome

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of the principle of Supplementing qi, Nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm on the vascular endothelial function and angina pectoris through observing changes of plasma NO,ET,SOD,TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1αchange and symptoms of the patients with coronary heart disease before and after treatment by GuanXinPing granule.MethodThis is a single-blind, randomized, matched controlled trial.60 patients that were diagnosed as coronary angina pectoris and Qi-Yin deficiency and phlegm, blood stasis symdrome were randomly grouped to treatment group and controlled group. Each group had 30 cases.30 cases in treatment group were treated by fundalmental western drugs plus GuanXinPing granule and 30 cases in control group by fundalmental western drugs. After 4 weeks, we observed the change of clinical symptoms of angina pectoris, ECG reading, Chinese medical symptoms and NO, ET, SOD, TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α.ResultsClinical symptoms of angina curative effect:Symptoms of angina were improved effectively in two groups (P<0.01). Treatment group shown 83.3% and controlled group shown 53.3%, Their differences had great statistical significance (P<0.01)ECG curative effect:The ECG curative effect of the two groups separately shown 83.3% and 56.7%. Their differences had great statistical significance (P<0.05)Chinese medical symptoms curative effect:Chinese medical symptoms were improved effectively in two groups, but the treatment group was more improved than controlled group (P<0.01). Treatment group shown 90% and controlled group shown 63.3%. Their differences had great statistical significance (P<0.05)The changes of NO,ET,SOD:Although the level of ET in serum decreased and the level of NO and SOD increased in controlled group, there were no statistical significance (P>0.05). The level of ET decreased, the level of NO and SOD increased after treatment in treatment group which had great statistical significance (P<0.01). The level of ET in serum was much lower than that of controlled group after treatment (P<0.01), The level of NO and SOD was much higher than that of controlled group after treatment (P<0.01)The changes of TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α:The level of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1αof the two groups had no great statistical significance before treatment. The level of TXB2 decreased, the level of 6-Keto-PGF1αincreased after treatment in treatment group which had great statistical significance (P<0.01). The level of TXB2 was much lower than that of controlled group after treatment (P<0.01), The level of 6-Keto-PGF1αwas much higher than that of controlled group after treatment (P<0.01). Although the level of TXB2 decreased and the level of 6-Keto-PGF1αincreased in controlled group, there were no statistical significance (P>0.05)ConclusionThe results of the experiment show that GuanXinPing granule can effectively improve ECG curative effect. It can control angina pectoris attack, improve Chinese medical symptoms. By decreasing the level of ET and TXB2, increasing the level of NO,SOD and 6-Keto-PGF1αin serum and controlling reversed blood endothelium function obstacle partly.
