Objective: Malignant tumor invasion and metastasis of the most basic biologicalcharacteristics, is the major causes of death in cancer patients. Autocrine motility factoris secreted by the tumor cells by cytokines, and in the form of autocrine secretion on thesurface of the cells themselves factor receptor autocrine movement. This article isintended to study the autocrine motility factor receptor in different metastatic potentialof the expression of lung cancer cell lines and their influence.Methods:1.Protein immunoblotting analysis95-C, AMFR protein expression in95-D cells.2.Use of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay testing95-C,95-D cell differencesin levels of AMF.3.Transwell cells experiments, divided into4categories, testing after train24h95-C cells,95-D cells, add95-D medium95-C, add95-D medium and95-C cells invitro invasion AMFR antibody changes.Results:1.95-D cell invasion of more than95-C cells,But95-D conditioned mediainvasiveness of cultured95-C cells increased;2.protein level,AMFR expression in95-D cells95-C higher, statistically3.Invasiveness compared with95-D cell95-C cell is low, add95-D mediumand95-C cells in vitro invasion AMFR antibody should join95-D95-C cell culturemedium low and training can improve95-C and95-D cells invasion.Conclusion:1.High metastatic potential in lung cancer cells with low transfer highexpression lever of.AMF/AMFR in lung cancer cells;2.AMF/AMFR can promotehigh expression of lung cancer cells.
