| Aim:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of anesthesia induction by Dezocine and Fentanyl combined with Propofol on Laryngeal Mask Airway insertion in Gynecological Laparoscopy Operation.Method:sixty patients scheduled for gynecological laparoscopy operation were divided into two groups randomly (n=30). They are dezocine-propofol combination group (0.1mg/kg dezocine and2.5mg/kg propofol intravenous injection) and fentanyl-propofol group (fentanyl,1ug/kg and2.5mg/kg propofol intravenous injection). Laryngeal Mask Airway insertion experiment was done after two minutes of propofol intravenous injection. The laryngeal mask airway insertion success rate for the first time and apnea time were alculated. The changes of MAP〠HR were recorded at pre-inductionã€pre-intubationã€intubation and post-intubation1,3,5minutes. After the surgery, post-operative complications were counted.Result:(1) There were no significant differences in the patient background between two groups.(2) The combinative employ of dezocine and propofol can greatly shorten apnea-time; there also were not swallowing, head and physical activity, coughing and breath holding, laryngospasm and other symptoms. The above symptoms were observed in fentanyl-propofol group in different degrees.(3) The change of MAP and HR:blood pressure and heart rate had decreased in two groups of patients at three time points after anesthesia induction than the underlying value before the induction (P<0.05). MAP and HR had been significantly increased in the airway of laryngeal mask compared to previous anesthesia induction (P<0.05); MAP in the dezocine-propofol combination group was significantly decreased compared with the fentanyl-propofol combination group at T1(P<0.05), and HR ratio was also significantly decreased compared with fentanyl-propofol combination group at T2(P<0.05).(4) Postoperative complications:there were no postoperative complications in dezocine-propofol combination group. Different degrees of postoperative complications were showed in fentanyl-propofol combination group.Conclution:The combination of the dezocine and propofol can improve the effect of anesthesia induction and the security. Postoperative complications were existed in fentanyl-propofol combination group. |
