Qbjective:This paper probes into the clinical characteristics of colorectal cancer after operation and occurrence, diagnosis and treatment of colorectal multiple primary carcinoma, provide references for prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer and colorectal multiple primary carcinoma.Method:Retrospectively analyses the patients’clinical data of1311cases colorectal cancer and its59cases of colorectal multiple primary carcinoma between August2005and August2012in our hospital. Using SPSS13.0statistical software to analyze the corresponding data, measurement data with mean+/-standard deviation, and counting data with chi-square test, and measurement data comparison between two groups with two sample test, when in significant level the alpha is0.05, or P<0.05stands the differences have statistically significant.Results:1.In1311cases of patients with colorectal cancer after operation, the average age is58.36years old, male and female incidence ratio is1.38:1, no significant differences in the age of male and female patients (P>0.05). The diseased part of the form than for rectal cancer accounted for50.27%, the left half colon cancer accounted for20.75%, accounting for28.99%of the right colon, histological type adenocarcinoma accounted for87.19%, accounting for6.71%of mucinous carcinoma, signet-ring cell carcinoma accounted for0.46%, malignant adenoma and5.64%for others.2.59cases of colorectal cancer in multiple primary carcinoma of colon cancer accounted for4.50%, the average age of onset was62.11years old; multiple primary colorectal cancer accounted for1.83%, accounted for2.67%of multiple cancer of colorectal cancer. The total occurrence of primary tumor site122, located in the large intestine of84, from high to low is the right colon, rectum,32(38.09%) of28(33.33%), left colon in24(28.57%). In59primary colorectal primary carcinomas,63other primary cancer focus from high to low as digestive system35(55.55%),14(22.22%) of reproductive system, urinary system,8(12.70%),4(6.35%) of respiratory system, endocrine system and blood system the1(1.59%). At the same time cancer accounted for1.83%, metachronous cancer accounted for2.44%, both at the same time and metachronous cancer accounted for0.23%. In24cases at the same time, cancer, diagnosis of leakage after surgery in6cases, the missed diagnosis rate was25%.32cases of metachronous carcinoma, mean49.25months interval, the interval in1years accounted for31.25%, the interval of time in1years-3years accounted for31.25%, an interval of3years-5years accounted for12.50%, the interval time for more than5years accounted for24.99%. Colorectal cancer in multiple primary carcinoma operation treatment, accounted for95.08%.3. There were statistically significant differences in colorectal cancer in multiple primary cancer and colorectal cancer in the age of (P<0.05), while the difference in gender was not statistically significant (P>0.05). At the same time and metachronous colorectal multiple primary carcinoma in age and gender had no significant difference. Colorectal cancer in multiple primary carcinoma and colorectal polyps in there are statistically significant differences (P<0.05), while the difference in with adenoma of no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Patients in our hospital underwent operation for colorectal cancer, its location in the rectum, and the growth as the age, the proportion in the overall reduction in colorectal cancer, and the right colon proportion gradually increase in proportion, histology type was adenocarcinoma.2.Colorectal cancer in multiple primary carcinoma in large intestine lesions are mainly the right colon, rectum, and in addition to primary colorectal cancer, the second primary cancer lesions were mainly digestive system, reproductive system, urinary system and respiratory system, metachronous carcinoma is also common. Asynchrony carcinoma average interval time was49.25months, time interval within three years of62.5%.3.The occurrence and development of colorectal multiple primary carcinoma are closely related to age and polyp, and nothing to do with gender and adenoma.(There are totally6figures,11tables, and31references.)...
