Derivatives Of Cantharis Combined With Radiotherapy And Chemotherapy Or TACE On Primary Hepatic Carcinoma:Systematic Reviews And Meta-analysis

Object i ve:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Derivatives of cantharis combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy or TACE on primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods:According to the systematic review methods on Cochrane,we develop rules and search all the randomized controlled trials from CBM,CNKI,VIP and the medical class Chinese core journals, which are regarding to the treatment of Derivatives of cantharis combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy or TACE on primary hepatic carcinoma.Screen literature based on the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. And then use the RevMan5.1software for data analysis.Results:12clinical trials were included,with905cases of primary liver cancer. The qualities of these trials were low. meta-analysis results show:Derivatives of cantharis combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy or TACE on primary hepatic carcinoma is more effective in control [x2=12.13, P=0.35, I2=9%;RR=1.30,95%CI[1.21,1.41]; Z=6.79, P<0.00001], more better in the quality of life [x2=2.25, P=0.81,I2=0%;RR=1.31,95%CI[1.17,1.48];Z=4.50,P<0.00001], reducing the side effects caused by radiation and chemotherapy than only accepting radiation and chemotherapy or conventional TACE.Conelusion:According to existing research:derivatives of cantharis combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy or TACE on primary hepatic carcinoma is more effective in control and in the quality of life.But the reliability of the conclusion is not high because the trials are not enough,the poor qualities.So it is needed large samples,randomized,double-blind,multicenter,clinical randomized controlled trials to provide more accurate evidence-based basis for derivatives of cantharis combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy or TACE on primary hepatic carcinoma.
