Tace And Pei For Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma：a Systematic Review And Meta—Analysis

0bjective： To make an comparison the long term clinical curativeeffects of transcatheter aneria1chememboljzation(TACE) pluspercutaneous ethanol injection（PEI） to TACE alone for unresectablehepatocellular carcinoma(UHCC).Methods： All study which were brought into this research were RCT.We collected the data form literature by electronic and artificial searching.We use the method of Meta—analysis recommended by the CochranceCollabporation, perform for the data of researches enrolled by usingRevMan5.1software in this study. Objects were survival rate.Results：9reseachs were enrolled in total. There are495objects ofstudy in all9enrolled literature,249patients accept combined therapy.Meta analysis shows that TACE+PEI group had a statistically higher rate in1-,2-,3-year survival compared with that of TACE group (P=0.00001、0.00001、0.001).Conclusion：TACE+PEI can improves the survival rate of UHCCs，it improves the treatment efficacy obviously and increase the survival rates.
