Objective:"Via" under the guidance of the theory of the "salt into the kidney" through "kidney" early intervention, to play delay or prevention of salt-sensitive hypertension, and validated through animal experiments confirmed the delay or preventioneffect. Combined experience in the treatment of pre physicians and clinical treatment, another unique idea for guidance, new ideas for new areas to carry out the treatment of hypertension.Method:Randomly selected60male and female and female SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, group,20rats in each group, the first three weeks, each group were given normal feeding, and model group were given normal saline, the Chinese Medicines given to kidney Chinese medicine orally, ambulatory blood pressure check done in four weeks, to the model and the Chinese Medicines rats subcutaneously buried DOCA capsules,20%NaCl solution to rats drink after surgery. Blood pressure values recorded weekly rats, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine and urine albumin values, four or more than four weeks after testing for statistical analysis. Results:Three groups of mice had no significant (P>0.05) difference in blood pressure of1-4weeks,4-9weeks,6-9weeks of traditional Chinese medicine in blood pressure than the control group blood pressure difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the firstfive weeks the difference was not statistically significant. But the blood pressure of the model group than the blood pressure of traditional Chinese medicine and blank groups have different levels of increases, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Blood urea nitrogen and creatinine ratio was statistically significant, and urinary protein excretion was not statistically significant. Conclusion:This study preliminarily confirmed the The kidney herbs advance intervention, certain early intervention role of salt-sensitive hypertension, hypertension Nei Ting "disease" theory to explore new ideas and methods.
