Objective:Coronary heart disease coronary artery stenosis degree and the position and the correlation of syndrome types of TCM:Meanwhile observe different risk factors for coronary heart disease and the correlation between TCM syndrome type.Methods:①In April2011-October2012in sichuan province Chinese medicine hospital heart line with coronary arteriography examination of200cases of hospitalized patients as the research object;②To conform to the inclusion criteria were completed on the first day after admission in patients with history, and signs of TCM four diagnosis information, and on the fourth day after complete records on the results of coronary angiography:③Analysis of TCM syndrome and the correlation between coronary artery stenosis site and level;④Statistical methods, using SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis,Measurement data using t test, counting data using X2test.Results:1Collected all200patients entered the result analysis, before the fall in the middle and right coronary artery in the middle is the highest detection rate, narrow anterior descending of middle stenosis in99cases (25.78%), right coronary artery in the middle stenosis in97cases (25.26%), followed by cyclotron midway through a narrow59patients (15.36%).2Single lesion in different narrow areas of the TCM syndrome type distribution, and statistically significant (P>0.05).The anterior descending branch proximal stenosis, empirical to phlegm syndrome (22%) and phlegm heat syndrome (19%) were more common in the deficiency syndrome, Qi deficiency and yin deficiency syndrome (22%)(22%) are; at the middle of anterior descending branch stenosis, empirical to phlegm syndrome (24%) and phlegm heat syndrome (16%) were more common in the deficiency syndrome, Qi deficiency and yin deficiency syndrome (17%)(11%) the majority; circumflex stenosis in middle, sthenia syndrome of phlegm (18%) and phlegm heat syndrome (16%) were more common in the deficiency syndrome, Qi deficiency and yang deficiency syndrome ((24%)12%) the majority; proximal right coronary artery stenosis, standard empirical to phlegm syndrome (33%) and blood stasis syndrome (33%) were more common in the deficiency syndrome, Yang deficiency (17%); the right coronary artery stenosis in middle, sthenia syndrome of blood stasis (32%), deficiency in Qi (18%) and Yang (14%); the first diagonal branch stenosis, standard empirical to phlegm syndrome (27%) and phlegm heat syndrome (13%) majority, the deficiency of blood deficiency syndrome (14%) and yin deficiency syndrome (14%); multiple lesions of different part of left coronary artery stenosis and TCM syndrome type distribution, was not statistically significant (P>0.05).3TCM syndrome type of coronary heart disease with different stenosis degree distribution, with statistical significance (P<0.05), with the severity of coronary stenosis, Qi deficiency, blood deficiency and qi stagnation is gradually reduced; on the contrary, gradually increased and cold coagulation syndrome and yang depletion syndrome.4TCM syndrome related risk factors of coronary heart disease distribution, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Standard empirical to phlegm, phlegm heat syndrome and blood stasis syndrome more common, but the deficiency is due to gender, age, smoking, drinking, blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid in different and varied manifestations. Conclusion:Between coronary artery stenosis and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, there is correlation, coronary heart disease in TCM has a close correlation between type and coronary micro reference index, while TCM Syndromes of coronary heart disease was also affected by different risk factors and different.
