Study On The Detection Method Of Bacterial Endotoxin In Asarone Injection

Injection Asarone was white to white-like sparse block or powder. It was the main active ingredient of shichangpu chinese medicine. Shichangpu had a good effect in the treatment of respiratory system diseases, and used mainly in clinical Asthma, Brochial poneumonia, Poeumonia, Chromicemphysema etc. This thesis research consulted the two appendix about bacterial endotoxin and its application guidelines in Chinese Pharmacopoeia2010edition. Studied on the interference of asarone to the test of injection bacterial endotoxin. The detection method of injection bacterial endotoxin with asarone had been established. The results showed that the method was simple, and was suitable for pharmaceutical companies, clinical and supervision departments used to control the bacterial endotoxin quality of asarone injection, and ensure clinical drug safety.
