Object:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qingzaozengye Decoction curingSj gren’s syndrome which belong to qi-yin deficiency and dryness poison intrinsic in TCMdifferentiation types. Methods:56patients accord with standard of diagnosis were dividedinto two groups randomly,28patients were given the combination therapy ofQingzaozengye Decoction, hydroxychloroquine(HCQ) and total-glucosides ofpaeony(TGP) as treatment group,and the other28patients were given the combinedtherapy of HCQ and TGP as control group. The course of the treatment was12weeks.Through analysing the patients’ self-evaluation of the primary symptoms pre-posttreatment, integral of syndrome of TCM, exocrine glandular function, laboratory indexchanges, I evaluated the curative effect. Results: Compareid with control group’s67.86%,treatment group’s total effectiveness on clinical efficacy was92.86%, and the two groupsof curative effect had significant difference (P <0.05). There were significantly reduce onthe pre-post TCM syndrome integral between two groups (P <0.05). Among them, therewas significantly improving (P <0.05) about TCM symptoms of the treatment group, aswell as the exocrine gland function and laboratory indicators, like Schirmer test, Sugar testresults, ESR, IgM, IgG, RF, SSB, apart from ANA,SSA(P>0.05). Conclusions: UsingQingzaozengye Decoction to cure the patient with Sj gren’s syndrome who belong toqi-yin deficiency and dryness poison intrinsic in TCM differentiation types, it caneffectively improve the clinical symptoms and exocrine gland function, reduceinflammatory index, improve the quality of patients’ life, and has good security, whichdeserves further research and exploration.
