| Objective: The research is designed to survey the clinical effects of zi shen tiao gandecoction combined with rational emotive therapy for perimenopause syndrome, and toexplore the probable effect to ameliorate patient’s somatization, psychological states andsubjective well-being etc. Method: Randomly divided90examples with perimenopausesyndrome into two groups: treatment group(30examples) and control group (30examples).The treatment group was treated by zi shen tiao gan decoction combined with rationalemotive therapy; the control group was only treated by zi shen tiao gan decoction. Then thetwo groups was compare with the curative effect, improved Kupperman symptom integraland SDS score. Results: The total effectiveness of treatment group is96.7%, the totaleffectiveness of control group is80.0%, the difference is significant(P<0.05), it suggeststhat the symptom improvement of treatment group is better than the control group; theimproved Kupperman symptom integral of the two groups after treated is differentsignificantly(P<0.05), it suggests that the symptom improvement of treatment group isbetter than the control group; the comparison on single symptom integral(tidal fever andnight sweating, paresthesia, anxiety sensitivity, sleeplessness, melancholy, fatiguesymptoms of weakness) suggests that the symptom improvement of treatment group isbetter than the control group and the two groups are different significantly(P<0.05); thecomparison on aggregate score of SDS suggests that the symptom improvement oftreatment group is better than the control group and the two groups are differentsignificantly(P<0.05); the comparison on single symptom integral(the improvement ofpsychomotor disturbance and depressive state) suggests that the symptom improvement oftreatment group is better than the control group and the two groups are differentsignificantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of zi shen tiao gan decoction combined with rational emotive therapy for perimenopause syndrome is better than singleChinese medicine on improvement of clinical symptoms, regulation of emotion. |
