| Objective: This paper intends to collect basic summary on clinical case, through thecontrast observation of clinical effect of diamond not with bone cement artificial hip jointof several needs of hip joint replacement.Methods: Collected in our hospital from November2010to April2012met thescreening criteria for primary total hip replacement cases, respectively, in operation,1months and one week after the operation and after operation,3months,6months and12months after operation to observe the subjects of the basic life signs, during the test. Alladverse reactions, observation and implant related such as loosening, dislocation,deformation, pain, lower limb discrepancy, osteolysis, hemorrhage, deep vein thrombosis,infection. The total clinical efficacy of using the Harris score, and the early clinicaloutcomes were analyzed. Summary may cause after total hip arthroplasty hip pain, causeof deep vein thrombosis, and further analysis of the main reasons.Results: Clinical application showed that, after the artificial hip replacement raterespectively was100%in the test group, the control group was96.7%, the excellent andgood rate was90%in test group and93.4%in the control group, the test group, thepreoperative Harris score was45.60, postoperative Harris score of89.32points, the controlgroup of preoperative Harris score was44.11, postoperative Harris score90.75points, nosignificant difference in the effective rate review (P>O.05).Conclusion: the two groups of subjects clinical efficiency, Harris score, WOMACscore and SF-36score, confirmed the effectiveness of prosthesis Tianjin Zhengtaiproduction. The operation mode is used for the treatment of secondary and primaryosteoarthritis, displaced femoral neck fractures, inflammatory joint disease, hip fracture,tumor and congenital hip dysplasia, a satisfactory, is the reconstruction of the hip jointfunction, relieve pain, improve one of the most effective operation of quality of life. |
