Objective:Research the relationship of acute cerebral infarction patients with carotidatherosclerosis and plasma endothelin the-1(endothelins-1, ET-1) concentration.Methods:First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University selected110cases of acutecerebral infarction hospitalized patients.1. Collected the clinical datas of patients with acute cerebral infarction onadmission (Such as basic, risk factors, stroke duration and treatment.).2. Completion of patients admitted to hospital after Carotid ultrasonography,brain MRI, NIHSS score, MMSE score and patients admitted to hospital the nextmorning fasting Plasma ET-1concentrations (measured by radioimmunoassay),blood glucose, blood lipids and other laboratory parameters..3. Detected in patients with cerebral infarction two weeks after treatmentfasting plasma ET-1concentrations (determined by radioimmunoassay).4. Patients admitted to hospital, according to the the color Doppler Profilercarotid plaque results, divided into stable plaque group, unstable plate group andthe group without plaque; Application control study was divided into the unstableplaque patients in the intervention group and non-intervention in the treatmentgroup, the two groups of patients in the same blood circulation, improvecirculation and other basic treatment under the premise of the intervention groups:atorvastatin20mg per once a day, oral, for2weeks.5. Apply statistical theory, analysis of ET-1and ischemic stroke in patientswith carotid artery atherosclerosis, hardening comparative analysis of theindicators of the intervention in the treatment group and the non-treatment groupbefore and after the intervention, Carotid plaque size and plasma concentration ofET-1changes.6. All datas were analyzed by use of SPSS17.0for windows. Result:1. Unstable plaque group and stable plaque group plasma ET-1levels werehigher than the group without plaque, with significant differences (P <0.01);unstable plaque group serum ET-1levels are also higher than stable plaque groupwith significant differences(P<0.05).2. Carotid atherosclerotic plaque stability and Fasting blood glucose, totalcholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, C-reactive protein level linearcorrelation analysis results were positively correlated (P <0.05).3. Carotid atherosclerotic plaque stability and ET-1, hypertension, diabetes,LDL-C,TG level linear correlation analysis results were positively correlated (P<0.05).4. Carotid atherosclerosis hardening of plaque instability with NIHSS scorecorrelation analysis showed a positive correlation with MMSE score wasnegatively correlated (P <0.05).5. ET-1decreased the degree of treatment before and after the intervention inthe treatment group is higher than the non-intervention group, the two groups wasstatistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusions:1. The important relationship ischemic stroke in patients with carotidatherosclerosis plaque stability and ET-1concentrations increased levels, may beone of the endogenous factors of atherosclerosis development.2. ET-1can be used as carotid atherosclerotic plaque formation, stability,change and effective prevention and treatment of clinical assessment indicators.3.Atorvastatin calcium can reduce lipid levels in patients with cerebralinfarction, reduce inflammation for reduce the area of the carotid atheroscleroticplaque and reversal of unstable plaque...
