| Objective:To investigate the effects of Qubitang treating the acute gouty arthritis disease and explore its action mechanism, then to provide theoretical and practice basis for its clinical application.Methods:60patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group, each group30cases. The treatment group was given Qubitang treatment; Control group taking aceclofenac treatment. Seven days of continuous treatment, the two groups were observed joint swelling and pain symptoms and laboratory related index change.Results:Qubitang therapy group treatment of acute gouty arthritis total efficiency of83.33%, difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) compared with the the aceclofenac control group, but the treatment effect better than the control group; Treatment group can significantly improve symptoms of joint pain, activity function, reduce symptom score, and better than the control group (P<0.05); Various laboratory parameters (BUA, ESR) before and after treatment were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and better than the control group of aceclofenac; Qubitang and aceclofenac all can reduce the ESR, BUN, CRP level, the two groups on liver function, kidney function were not adversely affected.Conclusion:(1)Qubitang therapy group treatment of acute gouty arthritis total efficiency of83.33%, the treatment effect better than the control group.(2)The Qubitang significant improvement in patients with joint swelling, heat, pain symptoms and joint activities function, reduce symptom scores, its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect with aceclofenac similar.(3) The Qubitang significant improvement in patients with fever, headache, fatigue and other symptoms, and better than aceclofenac.(4) Qubitang has a role in lowering serum BUA, ESR level, improve arthritis inflammation.(5) Qubitang with fewer adverse reactions, high security features. |
