The Simiao Tongfeng Decoction Combined With Colchicine Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis (Damp Stagnation Syndrome) Clinical Study

Objective: To observe the application of Simiao Tongfeng decoction combined with colchicine treatment of acute gouty arthritis(damp heat blockage syndrome)clinical curative effect,changes of laboratory indexes(blood uric acid,C-reactive protein)was recorded before and after the treatment by comparison of data analysis,to explore the preventive effect of Simiao Tongfeng Decoction on acute gouty arthritis and for its promotion and application in clinical provide theoretical basis.Methods: We screened from Henan Province Hospital of TCM(the second affiliated hospital henan university of TCM)rheumatism bone disease;clinic of acute gout arthritis patients(damp heat Bizu)in 60 cases,the use of randomized method was studied,will be 60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Each group received regular treatment,the control group was given oral colchicine for the treatment of: 1.0mg/,2 times daily.Group on the basis of the treatment given four wonderful Tongfeng Decoction clinical addition and subtraction with the disease: one dose daily,Shuijianbi,sooner or later each 200 ml,warm clothes,by the pharmacy unified suffering.Two groups are seven days for a course of treatment.Numerical recorded before and after the two groups were collected 1 for the treatment of pain score,clinical effect and laboratory indexes of blood uric acid,C-reactive protein C,and statistical analysis.The software adopts SPSS20.0 software package,and all the results are the direct output of the computer.Results: after a course of treatment,the two groups achieved a certain effect.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97%;the control group was 90%,the treatment group was more efficient than the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The two groups were compared before and after treatment: the two groups of symptoms integral were compared in contrast group before and after treatment.,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).the two groups of symptoms integral were both improved after treatment.Comparison between the two groups of symptoms integral,before treatment the two groups symptoms integral contrast without statistically significant(P > 0.05),after treatment,the two groups symptoms integral compared were with statistically significant(P < 0.05),the tretment group was better than that of control group in symptom scoers.The two groups,BUA and CRP were contrasted in the group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).the two groups of BUA and CRP were both improved after treatment.Comparison between the two groups of BUA,before treatment the two groups BUA contrast without statistically significant(P > 0.05),after treatment,the two groups BUA compared were with statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group was better than that of control group in BUA.Comparison between the two groups of CRP,before treatment the two groups CRP contrast without statistically significant(P > 0.05),after treatment,the two groups CRP compared were with statistically significant(P < 0.05),the tretment group was better than that of control group in CRP.Conclusion: 1.The two groups were able to reduce the acute gout arthritis(damp heat Bizu)in patients with clinical symptoms,improved patients,BUA and CRP.2,the treatment group in reducing acute gouty arthritis(damp heat Bizu)in patients with laboratory index and improve clinical symptoms than the control group,the effect is obvious,and the side effect is small,more worthy of clinical popularization and application.
