Objective:This thesis investigated the resource status of Eucommia ulmiodes Oliver in Hunan Province, determined the main distribution area of Eucommia ulmiodes Oliver and acquisitied test sample. Author researched Quantitative correlationship between growth period, soil factors with the main active ingredients content of Eucommia ulmiodes Oliver in suitable environment.It supported experimental basis for the standardized cultivation and harvestion. This thesis comprehensively characterizated the chemical composition of the same tree barks and leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver and leaves of timber forest and elfin forest by the HPLC-Q-TOF-MS technology,and the main active ingredients were quantitatively analyzed,It was in order to explore differences in chemical constituents in the different medicinal parts of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver and different cultivation patterns of Eucommia ulmoides leaves, provide scientific basis for the oriented cultivation and sustainable development of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver.Methods:(1) The study was investigation situation resource of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver:the investigation area was determined by accessing to relevant books and literature data.(2) The quantitative correlation between the main active ingredients of Eucommia ulmoides barks、 the leaves and soil nutrient factors:In this thesis,as research index of the main active ingredients,It analysised the influence of growth years on Eucommia ulmoides bark and Eucommia ulmoides leaves by HPLC.And compared the main active ingredients of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver which were on10years growth in different origin with soil nutrient factors.(3) Based on HPLC-Q-TOF-MS technology for researching chemical composition of Eucommia ulmoides barks and leaves:It analysised chemical composition of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver in different medicine parts and different planting modes in qualitative and quantitative by HPLC-Q-TOF-MS technology.Results:(1) Eucommia ulmoides Oliver resources were mainly distributed in the mountainous area of Wuling, south of the Five Ridges mountain areas and the central hills in Hunan Province, Eucommia ulmoides barks and leaves of different growth years and soil samples were acquisitied in a total of44origins include Hunan Cili、Guizhou Zunyi、Shanxi Lueyang and so on.(2) The main active ingredients of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver in the same growth period did not differ in different counties and was obvious difference in different growth period.They increased rapidly with the growth years,which was below10 year, Within10~20growth year, the main active ingredients reached the highest value, So The best harvest time of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver was10~20years. Chlorogenic acid content in Eucommia ulmoides leaves decreased gradually with the growth age. Soil factors had great influence on the main active ingredients of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver in different planting areas, but the dominant factor of different ingredients were different.(3) Eucommia ulmoides leaves and Eucommia ulmoides barks contained almost the same Iridoid,Phenylpropanoids, Flavonoids.Eucommia ulmoides barks had more lignans than Eucommia ulmoides leave, compared with leaves of timber forest, leaves of elfin forest contained the same chemical compositions,but the content of the main active ingredients was higher than leaves of timber forest.Conclusion:Eucommia ulmoides Oliver widely distributed in Hunan Province, and was powerful adaptability on the growth environment. Growth period and the soil factors had a certain influence on the main active ingredient content of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver, Eucommia ulmoides leaves differ in lignan components with Eucommia ulmoides barks.But Eucommia ulmoides leaves had a higher content on chlorogenic acid and flavonoids ingredients, Leaves of elfin forest had higher content of the main active components than leaves of timber forest,According to the related demand,It can oriented cultivate, It remains to be further research which Eucommia ulmoides leaves replaced Eucommia ulmoides barks used as medicine.
