Eucommia ulmoides, the china's native economic tree have a very significant economic, ecological and social benefit. But as the demand of the market for Eucommia ulmoides increasing annually, the resources have been difficult to meet the needs of the manufactures and market, so the only sustainable way to exploit this resource is to establish high quality planting bases for Eucommia ulmoides. Soil has its own function, structure and relatively independent ecosystem and plays an important role as the environment of the Chinese traditional medicine and the medicine's quality. The factors of the soil not only influence the growth of plants but also the content of the useful compounds. There is a close connection between the compounds'synthesizing, accumulation and the environmental intimidation. The experimental materials used in this article were collected from 11 different Eucommia ulmoides planting bases. After the quantitative and qualitative analysis of rutin, quercetin and the soil factors, SPSS statistic software were applied to research the soil factors that have influence in the compounds of flavanone. The result was showed as follow:The organic matter, total phosphorus are the dominant influence factor to the content of rutin in the Eucommia leaves, and the determine coefficient is 0.317 with the organic matter plays a significant positive correlation and total phosphorus negative. The content of quercetin were mostly influenced by total phosphorus, organic matter and FACT and the determine coefficient R2 is 0.687 while the organic matter have a significant positive correlation and total phosphorus, FACT obviously negative. The kaempferol's content were determined by organic matter, total nitrogen and pH value at the determine coefficient level of 0.524, with the organic matter plays a significant positive correlation but others were found to be no obviously correlations. The content of flavanone components within Eucommia ulmoides were determined by different of leading factors with various coefficients and exhibited diffe...
