Doctors and patients are the main participants, which builds the relationship between doctors and patients in medical practice. The harmonious relationship between doctors and patients should be a trust relationship.In the background of social transformation, the market mechanism is drew into the health care services. The medical industry pursuiting of economic benefits in some institutions leads to some institutional and individual interest, inadequately. In such situation, the medical disputes and lawsuits rose sharply, and the medical violence happen regularly. The trust crisis has hindered the development of a harmonious society and decreased people life quality. Medical ethics, medical management, sociology, psychology and law scholars on this phenomenon of doctor-patient trust crisis to be highly concerned about and studied extensively. This paper defines the concept of trust through the philosophical analysis. Through the perspective of ethics, in order to present trust moral connotation and normative meaning in ethics, analysis of the causes of our doctor-patient crisis phenomena, and seeks to construct the harmonious doctor-patient relationship feasible road.This article besides the introduction, is divided into four parts.
