Clinical Study Of Yan Tong Ning Suppository Analgesia In Postoperative Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective the aim of this study was to explore the clinical effect of self-made Yan Tong Ning suppository for Hemorrhoids Suppository analgesia in postoperative mixed hemorrhoids, to evaluate objectively the pain, swelling, promote wound healing, reduce the effect and safety of complications.Methods The Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine) in40cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid operation, were randomly divided into treatment group20cases and control group of20cases. Treatment group:after Yan Tong Ning suppository for hemorrhoids anus; control group: postoperative anus Gangtai suppositories. Two groups were observed after6h, after first days,2days,3days of wound pain scores and pain vanishing time, postoperative analgesic use within24h, postoperative wound edema, edema disappeared time, wound healing time, postoperative complications.Results the two groups in the prevention and treatment of pain:Yan Tong Ning suppository for hemorrhoids after operation in group6h, after first days,2days,3days of pain scores were lower than the mean Gangtai suppositories group, postoperative24h reduced the frequency of use of analgesics, and pain disappear time is short, significant difference after statistics analysis (p<0.05), the treatment group effect obviously.â‘¡comparison in the postoperative edema and swelling disappeared over time, the treatment group edema extent, edema disappeared in short time, two groups had significant difference (p<0.05). The two group in the muscle sores, treatment group healed quickly, difference between the two groups was significant (p<0.05). The complications in the prevention and treatment of postoperative, Yan Tong Ning suppositories can effectively reduce the postoperative urinary retention, constipation, anal bulge formation rate, better than Gangtai suppositories.Conclusion Yan Tong Ning suppositories for combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine prescription can foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, specimen and cure drug unique function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, detumescence, clearing heat and removing dampness, antibiosis and anti-inflammation, pain-relieving tissue-regenerating, highlighting the urgency analgesic effect, is the mixed hemorrhoid surgery can effectively mitigate the pain of the patients with traditional Chinese and Western medicine compound preparation.
