Five Retention Powder Decoction For The Treatment Of Kidney Phlegm-damp Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:The purpose of this paper is to through clinical experiment and observation system, rigorous, in five retentions powder to kidney-deficiency phlegm type polycystic ovarian syndrome clinical efficacy were observed, systematic evaluation of five retentions powder to kidney-deficiency phlegm type patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, to explore its treatment can provide a new mechanism, method for the treatment of PCOS, and through this study, master the basic method of clinical research.Methods:According to the Chinese medicine theory, we selected60cases of kidney deficiency, phlegm dampness patients with polycystic ovary syndrome combined with modern medical auxiliary detection means, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction five retentions powder every day sooner or later taking half an hour after a meal, the control group and the western medicine two armor double guanidine500mg, oral,3times a day, two groups were treated for three months, menstruation does not stop drug. To improve the situation of two groups were observed before and after treatment between the two groups, clinical symptoms and related indexes.Results:The treatment group and the control group before and after treatment with FBG, FINS and HOMA-IR, BMI, LH, LH/FSH, T and TCM syndrome score decreased significantly, and the difference was significant (P<0.001), FSH but without statistical significance in the differences before and after treatment (P>0.05) found in the comparison between two kinds of treatment results, two methods in the treatment of lower FINS, T, FSH concentration and BMI difference, HOMA-IR had no statistical significance (P>0.05), but in the lower FBG, LH concentration, improve significantly the ratio of LH∨FSH and TCM syndrome integral (P<0.05).Conclusion:Five retentions powder can effectively improve the kidney deficiency, phlegm dampness patients with polycystic ovary syndrome’s clinical symptoms, reduce weight, relieve insulin resistance, improve ovulation status. The possible mechanism is that the Five Retentions powder can improve insulin-resistancing-patients.
