To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Therapy In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Recurrent Abortion Anticardiolipin Antibody Positive By Combination Of Chinese Traditional And Western Medicine

Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with aspirin in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type positive anticardiolipin antibodies and recurrent spontaneous abortion, and to explore its mechanism of action, provide a safe and effective new method for the treatment of immunological recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods:TCM syndrome differentiation, choose positive anticardiolipin antibody in60cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type, in accordance with the principle of randomization were divided into3groups, the treatment group and the two group cases were determined for20cases. Treatment group were treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction and aspirin in combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, control group1treated by Bushen Huoxue Decoction, control group2treated by aspirin; three groups of patients during treatment are strictly used condom for contraception, menstrual stop medication, treatment for3months after the cycle. To evaluate the integral of symptoms and signs over3menstrual cycles after treatment, and blood tests were compared in3groups of ACA ACA, shade and improvement of clinical symptoms. Results:the total efficiency of three groups were80%,60%,65%; comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome in three groups before and after treatment, the differences were significant (P<0.01), the results show that the three methods can improve the clinical symptoms; the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference between the1(P>0.05), the treatment group and the control group2, control group1and the control group there were significant differences between the2(P <0.05), show that the method of combination of TCM and Western medicine, pure Chinese medicine decoction can improve clinical symptoms in patients with aspirin, traditional Chinese medicine decoction can improve clinical symptoms; three groups of ACA turn negative rates were75%,45%,60%, compared to look, the best method of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the effect of aspirin, method of herbal decoction and Western medicine in combination with aspirin only slightly worse.Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with aspirin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improved ACA negative rate; efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Decoction to improve the clinical symptoms of the patients are good, but compared to ACA negative rate, lower in WM therapy, aspirin slightly worse.
