| Objective:1.To explore the distribution regularity of TCM syndrome types on anticardiolipin antibody-positive patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion, determined TCM syndromes by four diagnostic methods. Using the method of TCM syndrome differentiation and making a good choice in rational use of drugs, eventually plays a guiding role on the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion.2. Clinical observation:To observe the clinical effects and the mechanism of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation decoction on the recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:1.The subjects is 200 cases of RSA patients with positive ACA, which received treatment in Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital outpatient and inpatient, all of patients meet the diagnostic criteria. Design the Syndrome Factor Analysis Table of RSA patients with positive ACA. According to the data, use Excel and SPSS statistical so ft ware for statistical analysis, mainly using frequency analysis and clustering analysis. Analyzing the distribution of TCM syndrome characteristics, the regularity of syndrome types, age, occupation, and the number of natural abortion.2. The subjects is 30 cases of RSA patients with positive ACA, which received fetal treatment in Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital, the patients were in accordance with the deficiency of kidney and blood stasis. The treatment is using tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation decoction. Observe the efficiency, the improvement of TCM syndromes, the negative rate of ACA, and the pregnancy success rate.Results:1.① This study included 200 RSA patients with positive ACA, through clustering analysis, kidney deficiency and blood stasis type 162 cases (81.0 %), spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type of 17 cases (8.5 %), qi and blood weak type 10 case (5 %), kidney deficiency and blood heat type 6 cases (3 %), kidney loss type 5 cases(2.5 %).② In our study, the analysis results of age and TCM syndrome types showed that 20 to 24 years old age kidney deficiency and blood stasis type accounted for 8.3 %,25 to 29 years old age kidney deficiency and blood stasis type accounted for 82.7 %,30 to 34 years old age kidney deficiency and blood stasis type ratio was 97.6 %,and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type was 100% in the age over 35.③ In our study, the analysis of number of spontaneous abortion and TCM syndrome types show that 2 miscarriages in spleen and kidney yang deficiency type accounted for 4.5 %,3 miscarriages in spleen and kidney yang deficiency type accounted for 12.7 %, in the times of abortion>3 spleen deficiency type accounted for 15.8 %.2.① This study included 30 RSA patients with positive ACA, the total effective rate was 83.33%.② TCM symptoms integral has significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.01)③ The ACA turns shade rate was 73.33% after treatment, the pregnancy success rate was 76.67%.Conclusion:1.① The survey showed that the high frequency of the disease is:repeatedly pregnancy and abortion, as scheduled and abortion, lumbar debility, dizziness tinnitus, menstruation is dark purple color, menstruation has a blood clot, dry skin, dim complexion, breast pain, chest pain, always has a deep sigh, dark purple tongue, bruises or the tip of the tongue and pulse acerbity. ② Kidney deficiency and blood stasis type for this disease is the most main card type, for the rest of the four type distribution is:spleen and kidney Yang deficiency> qi and blood weak type> kidney deficiency and blood heat type>kidney loss type. ③ With the increase of age, the proportion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis gradually increased; And with the increase of the number of abortions, the proportion of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney increased gradually.2.① Tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation decoction has obvious curative effect for the treatment of RSA patients with ACA positive, it can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, to provide a safe and reliable theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of the disease. ② Tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation decoction can make ACA positive transfer effectively, to provide the new Chinese medicine program for the treatment of immune RSA. ③ Tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation decoction is conducive to the maintenance of pregnancy, it can improve the pregnancy success rate of RSA patients with ACA positive. |
