Clinical Research Of Xinxiang Penbi Nanoemulsion In The Treatment Of Pediatric Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Xinxiang Penbi Nanoemulsi in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis by lung-qi deficiency cold pattern.Methods:On the basis of preliminary studies,Via the use of randomized,control clinical trial methods,from the clinical perspective of children meeting the diagnostic criteria,120patients were divided into test group and control group,60cases in each group,the test group were treated by the Xinxiang Penbi Nanoemulsi, the control group were treated by the Budesonide nasal spray (Trade name:Renault Scott),meanwhile the two qroups were in combination with the Nasal exercises,after taking twenty-eight days to observe for efficacy assessment.Meanwhile,to evaluate its security by observing the adverse reactions.Results:After a course of treatment,the recovered effective cases of the test group is13, effective cases39,invalid cases8;and the recovered effective cases of the control group is45, effective cases11,invalid cases4. The efficacy of the two groups shows that:The total efficiency of the test group is86.67%, control group93.33%;the recovered efficiency of the test group is21.67%, control group75.00%.There are obviously significant differences between the test group and control group. On the effect to pediatric allergic rhinitis, the Budesonide nasal spray is better than the Xinxiang Penbi Nanoemulsi, but the Xinxiang Penbi Nanoemulsi can improve many symptoms,such as sneezing,a runny nose,a stuffy nose,itchy nose,those secondary symptoms,and ease swelling of the inferior turbinate.There are no adverse reactions before and after treatment.Conclusion:The Xinxiang Penbi Nanoemulsi has effect to pediatric allergic rhinitis with no observed side-effects.
