The Clinical Research On The Optimum Combination Of Acupoint Sticking Analysis To Treat Allergic Rhinitis Of Lung Qi Deficiency And Cold Pattern

Objective: Observation of drug attach prescription of different processing conditions and acupoints combination optimization for the treatment of lung qi deficiency type cold the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods:Otolaryngology clinic diagnosis of allergic rhinitis and accord with standard of this study included 72 cases of patients. Were randomly divided into group 1 of crude herb moxibustion(raw white mustard seed were applied ointment + feng men, fei shu, gao huang), group 2 of crude herb moxibustion(raw white mustard apply ointment + da zhu,shen shu, ge shu), group 3 of crude herb moxibustion(cooked white mustard apply ointment + feng men, fei shu, gao huang), group 4 of crude herb moxibustion(cooked white mustard apply ointment + da zhu, shen shu, ge shu). Observation before, one period of treatment, two treatment courses(follow-up) symptoms, nasal mucosal swelling degree,eosinophils counting EOS in evaluating the effect of comprehensive. Results: 1. The four groups of patients after 1, 2, the signs and symptoms score and nasal secretions of eosinophil count was reduce, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); 2. After treatment 1, 2, period of treatment, acupoints combination main effect(P<0.05); Drug prescription main effect(P>0.05); Acupuncture prescription and attach drug interaction effect(P>0.05); 3. Moxibustion, compares two found that 1、3 groups of feng men, fei shu,gao huang acupoints combination can obviously reduce the patient’s symptoms and signs scores and eosinophils in nasal secretions count, the results statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusions:1.This study: 1. Four groups of treatment all can improve the clinical symptoms, signs of allergic rhinitis and the reduction of EOS count in the nasal secretions; 2 feng men, fei shu, gao huang group(acupuncture prescription 1) to improve lung deficiency cold patients with allergic rhinitis symptoms, signs and other indicators is significant, is better than the other three groups. 3. Acupoint sticking therapy of lung qideficiency cold type allergic rhinitis has good curative effect and the forward curative effect recently, prompt continuous applied effect is better.
