Clinic Research On Dihuangdanhong Granules To Interfere In The Syndrome Of Yin-deficiency Of Liver And Kidney With Blood Stasis In Type2Diabetes Mellitus With Dyslipidemia

Purpose:Discussing the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine about type2diabetes mellitus with dyslipidemia. To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Dihuangdanhong Granules in treating the syndrome of Yin-deficiency of liver and kidney with blood stasis of T2DM with dyslipidemia and to investigate the mechanism of this method.Methods:A randomized, controlled trial was conducted.60patients with the syndrome of Yin-deficiency of liver and kidney with blood stasis of T2DM with dyslipidemia were randomly classified into two groups. Besides the intervention of glucose-lowering treatment, the patients of the treatment group (n=30) were treated by Dihuangdanhong Granules, whlie the patients of control group (n=30) were treated by Zhibituo. Three months was a course of treatment, then observed indexes included both change in the clinical symptoms and signs, index about laboratory examination.Results:All data were analyzed by the SPSS17.0statistics software.①The age, gender, course of disease of the two groups had no differeces(P>0.05). Before the treatment, the score of TCM syndrome and symptom score show no different(P>0.05).②In two groups after the treatment the score of TCM syndrome with the group before treatment were obviously improved(P<0.01), and the experimental group improved degree is better than that of control group(P<0.01).③In two groups after the treatment the symptom score with the group before treatment were obviously improved(P<0.01), and the experimental group improved degree is better than that of control group(P<0.01).④The blood glucose and HbAlc of the two groups were decreased, compared with pre-treatment there is statistically significant (P<0.05).The blood lipid of the two groups were improved, compared with pre-treatment there is statistically significant (P<0.05). And the treatment group had an advantage over the control group(P<0.05). The blood hemorheology compared with pre-treatment shows no statistically significant.⑤The treatment groups of the total efficiency of80%for the control group, the total effective rate was60%, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).⑥Liver and kidney function tests were in the nomal range. Both groups were no severe adverse reactions.Conclution:The basic pathogenesis of type2diabetes mellitus with dyslipidemia is yin-deficiency of of liver and kidney, while the blood stasis runs through the whole process of pathogenesis. Dihuangdanhong granule interfere in the syndrome of yin-deficiency of liver and kidney with blood stasis in type2diabetes mellitus with dyslipidemia, by supplementing yin and activating blood circulation, thus improving patients clinical symptoms, and reduce blood glucose, HbAlc, blood lipid etc. It is safe and effective has a broad prospect of application, worthing studying deeply and developing further.
