| Objective:This topic aims to observe clinical efficacy of harmonizing liver and spleen in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.To get through the questionnaire on quality of life and to evaluate the clinical efficacy.For the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome,to improve quality of life and to provide diagnosis and treatment methods.Methods:The theoretical study part,the topic summarizes the traditional chinese medicine and the western medicine for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in the related research progress.The Clinical study part,in accordance with the relevant standards for clinical study design.Using randomized and controlled method,60patients diagnosed with the diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome were divided into traditional chinese medicine treatment group (30cases) and western medicine control group (30cases).The treatment group was given Sini Powder and Lizhong Decoction.And the control group was given Live Combined Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules(Trade name:Bifico).The course of treatment was4weeks.And using IBS-QOL and TCM syndrome classification quantization table to survey60patients.Through observing and analyzing syndromes curative effect,the comprehensive curative effect and survival quality between two groups before and after treatment.Results:By SPSS17.0to analyze the data.In total efficacy evaluation,treatment group and control group both have statistically significant difference in traditional chinese medicine syndrome scores(P<0.01).The two groups of IBS-D have good therapeutic effect.Comparing between the two groups,in TCM syndrome score and TCM syndrome integral differential value have statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The two groups have statistical difference in clinical comprehensive effective rate(P<0.05),while have no statistical difference in obvious curative rate(P>0.05).Traditional chinese medicine group is superior to western medicine group as a whole.In the aspect of primary and secondary single symptom,Comparing within the group,the symptom’s scores before and after treatment in the treatment group have statistically significant difference(P<0.01).In the control group,in addition to depression,irritableness,cold limbs and languid,the rest of all the group before treatment were statistical difference(P<0.05).Comparing between two groups,Treatment group compared with control group in symptoms of depression,irritableness,cold limbs and languid improved obviously,and have statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Four symptoms of abdominal pain,heave a deep sigh,lateral thorax distention,loss of appetite were improved,and have statistical difference(P<0.05);three symptoms of Bowel vector and the gas,under the mucous and languid have no statistical difference (P>0.05).In quality of life aspect,the treatment group in anxiety,social response, health concerns,a picky about food and behavior disorder of five dimensions have statistically significant difference between the prior treatment(P<0.01).Control group in the social response, picky about food and behavior disorders of three dimensions have statistically significant difference which compared with the prior treatment(P<0.01).The rest of the dimensions have no statistical difference(P>0.05).Comparing between two groups,health concerns after treatment have statistically significant difference(P<0.01),anxiety,social response,and behavior disorders of three dimension have statistical difference(P<0.05),the rest of the dimension have no statistical difference(P>0.05).It showed that the treatment group improve quality of life in various aspects,which are better than the control group.Conclution:Harmonizing method of liver and spleen have a good clinical effect on the therapy of IBS-D(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome),which can improve quality of life. |
