The research is based on traditional Chinese medicine theory, combined with modern medical research on hypertrophic scar, through animal experiment, to explore the mechanism of Fractional CO2laser combined with asiaticoside efficacy and effect on hypertrophic scar. The theoretical part of the paper reviews the literature on hypertrophic scar, hypertrophic scar pathogenesis and treatment was discussed, TCM believes that "qi stagnation and blood stasis" as the major factor, the "pernicious influence, not scattered" as the standard, the modern medical science thinks the hypertrophic scar is abnormal outcome of trauma, mainly by the proliferation of fibroblasts, collagen fibers excessive deposition of the pathological basis. We use a "traditional Chinese medicine blood stasis, heat-clearing and detoxifying" asiaticoside ointment, combined with fractional CO2laser has the limitations of optical thermalization effects, to start the regeneration and repair of skin, promote epidermal and dermal remodeling, with the aid of experimental rabbit ear hypertrophic scar and to investigate the effect and the mechanism research.Objective:through the experimental research on fractional CO2laser combined with centella triterpenes cream in the treatment of hypertrophic scar of rabbit ears, to verify the validity of the fractional CO2laser combined with centella triterpenes cream in the treatment of hyperplastic scar, and after treatment were observed and morphological changes of fibroblast density, to study its mechanism, to provide a theoretical basis for clinical curative effect.Methods:New Zealand rabbits10, weight about2kg, regardless of gender, to establish rabbit ear scar model for24hours,4weeks after operation, the random packet selection in each rabbit left and right ear were observed and compared, divided into combined group/laser group, asiaticoside group/blank control group.8weeks after operation, the ear venous air embolism method executed animal, sterilely incised with scar tissue specimens of normal tissue, fixed in10%formaldehyde solution, for the routine paraffin section; observed before and after treatment, the changes of scar appearance change of tissue morphology, laser after the crusts off time, the time of epithelial. Measurement of rabbit ear scar hyperplasia scar thickness, proliferation index (HI), fibroblast cell density (NA).Result:1Fractional CO2laser and centella triterpenes cream in the treatment of hypertrophic scar (HS) are effective, can cause the decrease of NA and red uction of HI.2Fractional CO2laser combined with asiaticoside response to HS was significantly higher than that of asiaticoside single treatment group (P<0.05).3Fractional CO2laser combined with asiaticoside compared with single laser treatment group, HI had no significant difference (P>0.05), but in the combined group,NA was significantly lower than that of asiaticoside group (P<0.05), and asiaticoside can significantly shorten the repair period of epidermis after laser.
