System Evaluation Of Shengmai Injection In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Of Randomized Controlled Trials

Purpose: Evidence-based medicine to evaluate the quality of RCTs of ShengmaiInjection in treatment of CHF, scientific evaluation of the effectiveness andsafety of.Method: Methods Cochrane system evaluation, the method of electronicdatabases and hand searches, to conduct a comprehensive search for RCTs ofShengmai Injection treating CHF, the deadline for2012November. Included inthe study quality was assessed by2quality assessment, to study effect ofRevman5.1combined with Meta analysis.Result：The study included14, a total of1068subjects.There were randomizedcontrolled trials. All included studies were Chinese literature, all studiesdidn，t opposite vein injection to evaluate the long-term efficacy in thetreatment of CHF. The quality evaluation of clinical curative effect, cardiacfunction indexes,6MWT, can be combined effect size for the Meta analysis,results suggest that the treatment group than the control group are:(1)Clinicalcurative effect, RR1.22,95%CI(1.14,1.31), P <0.00001;(2)Left ventricularejection fraction, the WMD7.65,95%CI(4.26,11.04), P <0.00001;(3)The cardiacoutput, the WMD0.74,95%CI(0.49,0.99), P <0.00001;(4)Cardiac index, WMD0.65,95%CI(0.35,0.94), P <0.0001;(5)The left ventricular shortening fraction, theWMD0.53,95%CI (2.61,4.45), P <0.00001;(6)6minutes walk test, WMD43.86,95%CI(34.31,53.41), P <0.00001. The results suggest that the two groups hadno statistical significance:The stroke volume, WMD4.27,95%CI(1.01,7.52),P=0.01.Conclusion: Shengmai injection possible short-term clinical comprehensivetherapeutic effect on chronic heart failure, cardiac function improvement. Butdue to the low quality of randomized controlled trials, still high quality,large-scale more need to provide the evidence for clinical.
