Purpose: This experiment provided the experimental basis for the clinical application of CordycepsCephalosporium further by observing the effect of Cordyceps Cephalosporium on normal mice and sleepdeprivation experiment learning and memory function.Method: To mice as experimental subjects,First,through water maze behavioral methods researchCordyceps Cephalosporium learning and memory function in normal mice,on this basis,the use of small theplatform water environment law copy mice sleep deprivation model,Cordyceps Cephalosporiumintervention, combined with behavioral, nervous system chemical analysis methods,the use of the watermaze and high-performance liquid chromatography to study the effect of CordycepsCephalosporiumbacteria on mice learning and memory abilities and neurotransmitter content.Results: Cordyceps Cephalosporium can improve learning and memory function in normal mice,and canbe effective against sleep deprivation-induced learning and memory abilities decline, with the the doseincreased performance enhanced pharmacodynamic trend,which may be related to inhibition ofhippocampal oxidative stress responseand regulating the sleep deprivation caused by neurotransmitterdisorders.Conclusions: Cordyceps Cephalosporium can improve normal mice and sleep deprivation micelearning and memory function.
