Objective To examine the clinical significance of hemorheological indexes and serumlevels of sICAM-1, sVCAM-1, IGF-1, PDGF in patients with delayed fracture healing. Methods A total of65cases with delayed fracture healing (research group) and65cases of fracture healing (control group) were collected from the first affiliated Hospitalof Anhui Medical University treated from August2010to October2010; thehemrheological indexes such as erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidityindex, plasma viscosity change level and serum sICAM-1, sVCAM-1, IGF-1, PDGF inthe two groups of patients were detected, and the test results of two groups werecompared. Results Compared the red blood cell aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidityindex, plasma viscosity between the two groups of fracture patients in first week, therewas no statistically significant difference (t=0.26、0.42,P>0.05)expect the erythrocyterigidity index(t=4.15,P=0.00); The red blood cell aggregation index, erythrocyterigidity index, plasma viscosity between the two groups of fracture patients in6th,12thweek had the statistically significant difference (t=15.39、53.83、10.85、25.56、7.82、19.68,P<0.05). Compared the sICAM-1and sVCAM-1between the two groups offracture patients in first week, there was no statistically significant difference (t=0.18、0.24,P>0.05); The serum levels of sICAM-1and sVCAM-1was compared betweenthe two groups of fracture patients at6th,12th week had the statistically significant difference (t=18.18、81.10、11.58、8.81,P=0.00). The serum IGF-1and PDGF wascompared between the two groups of patients when fractures in first week, there was nostatistically significant difference (t=0.59、0.28,P>0.05). The serum IGF-1andPDGF was compared between the two groups of patients when fractures at6th,12thweek had the statistically significant difference (t=15.18,13.49,31.95,31.14, P=0.00).Conclusion The fracture patients with the increase of blood viscosity, elevated serumlevels of sICAM-1and sVCAM-1, decreased serum levels of PDGF and IGF-1can beimportant intrinsic factor in Delayed fracture healing, has clinical significance inpatients with fracture. |
