Circulation Serum SICAM-1 And VEGF,PLGF,Flt-1,sFlt-1 MRNA Expression Of Placenta Tissue In Pregnancy-induced Hypertension

objective:To study the relationship among serum solube intercelluar adhesion molecule-1(slCAM-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),placenta growth factr(PLGF),vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1(VEGFR1,Flt-1);soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1(sVEGFR1,sFlt-1)mRNA expression of placenta tissue with pregnancy -induced hypertension(PIH)..Method:To measure serum level of slCAM-1 by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and to detect the gene expression of placenta tissue by quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chainreaction(RT-PCR).Result: (1) the average serum level of slCAM-1 in the PIH group was 221.41 +32.55ng/ml, in control group was 161.60+14.18ng/ml. .It was higher in PIH group than that in control group, and found have significant differance(P<0.001). ( 2 ) The mRNA expression ofVEGF,PLGF,Flt-1,sFlt-1 were upregulated in PIH placenta.THE difference was significant.(P<0.001). (3) There was a positive correlation between the serum level of slCAM-1 and the sFlt-1 mRNA expression of placenta tissue. (r=0.96) .Conclusion:1The serum level of slCAM-1 is increased in PIH women.2 VEGF,PLGF,Flt-1,sFlt-1mRNA expression are upregulated in PIH women.3The upregulaed expression of sFIMmRNA may contribute to endothelial dysfunction,hypertension and proteinuria.
