Objective:(1) Comparison the difference of pregnancy complication, pregnancyconclusion, perinatal conclusion between elderly primipara and normal puerperal.(2)Discussion the relationship between age and pathologic pregnancy.(3) Increaseperinatal health care level and decrease mortality rate of puerperal and perinatalchildren.Method: In this study,the samples were chosen from elderly primipara (age≥35yesr)and normal puerperal(age<35yesr) of266cases who deliveried at Departmentof Obstetrics,the first affilement hospital of Dalian Medical University, from Jan2010to Dec2012.We researched the age,weeks of pregnancy, pregnancy complication,pregnancy conclusion, delivery,surgery indications, perinatal conclusion, newbornweight and Apgar.Results:1.Pregnancy complication:Diabetes,myoma,cardiac disease:the incidence of study group was higher thancontrol group(P<0.05), the difference among them was marked.Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy: the incidence of study groupwas higher than control group(P<0.05), the difference among them was marked.2.Delivery method:The rate of cesarean section: the incidence of study group was higher thancontrol group(P<0.001), the difference among them was marked.The rate of vaginal delivery: the incidence of study group was lower than controlgroup(P<0.001), the difference among them was marked.3.Surgery indications:The top four surgery indications in study group were: social factors,hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,dystocia and fetal distress.In social factor surgery indication, the rate of cesarean section of study group was higher than thecontrol group. In dystocia surgery indications, the rate of cesarean section of studygroup was lower than the control group.4.Newborn:The newborn weight of study group was lower than the control group, thedifference among them was marked(P<0.05).The Apgar of1minute of the study group was lower than the control group, thedifference among them was marked(P<0.05).In FGR and premature infant, the incidence of study group was higher thancontrol group(P<0.05), the difference among them was marked.Conclusions:The incidence of pregnancy complication and the rate of cesarean section wereincreased.We should pay attention to the antenatal care,reduce pregnancy and perinatalcomplication, Prevention and treatment pregnancy complication.
