Objective:To investigate the level differences of cardiac ankyrin repeat protein(CARP) in the blood of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and the correlation among carp,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP),creatine kinase isoenzyme mb(CK-MB) and cardiac troponinⅠ(cTnI) in the same patients. Methods:A total of120patients with coronary heart disease and30healthy individuals between May2012to March2013in our department of cardiology were enrolled in this study. According to the World Health Organization(WHO) classification criteria, the patients with coronary heart disease were divided into four subgroups, which were Stable angina pectoris(SAP),Unstable angina pectoris(UA),Non st-elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI),and st-elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).3ml blood of antecubital vein from patients with Stable angina pectoris were collected on an empty stomach in early morning after they were hospitalized.3ml blood of antecubital vein from patients with UA, NSTEMI, STEMI were collected in6hours,6~12hours,12~24hours,72hours after their sudden onset.3ml blood of antecubital vein from healthy individuals on an empty stomach in early morning. Added Na2ethy-lenediaminetetra-acetic acid to the samples of whole blood, separated plasma by prompt centrifugation of the blood samples at3000r/min at room temperature for20minutes.The samples were immediately frozen and stored at-20℃.After collected all specimens, the CARP, hsCRP, CK-MB,cTn-I were detected using method of ELISA. Then, analyzed all measure value by using the17.0SPSS software.Results:(1) The levels of serum CARP were significantly higher in patients with coronary heart disease than those in control subjects (P <0.01).(2) The levels of serum CARP were significantly higher in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) than those with angina pectoris(P<0.05). There are no significant difference between SAP group and UA group, neither between NSTEMI group and STEMI group(P>0.05).(3) The level of serum CARP changes dynamically in patients with AMI since the onset time.6hours of onset of begin to rise,12~24hours to peak,3days to decline.(4) There is correlation between levels of serum CARP and CK-MB (P<0.01).Conclusions:(1)The levels of serum CARP were significantly higher in patients with CHD than those in control subjects.(2)The levels of serum CARP were significantly higher in patients with AMI than those with Angina pectoris.(3)The levels of serum CARP changes dynamically in patients with AMI,and there is significant positive correlation between levels of serum CARP and CK-MB.2figures,13tables,31references...
