ObjectiveObjective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum high sensitivity cardiac troponin T(hs-c Tn T),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-crp)and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP)in the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with NSTE-ACS.MethodsAs a research method,307 patients with non ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS)diagnosed by coronary angiography at the second Shenyang Medical University Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were made to be an object.Patients were divided into groups according to the ginsen coronary scoring criteria.The patients with Gensini score < 40(168 patients)were mild group and those with Gensini score ≥40.Binary Logistic regression model and receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC curve)were used to detect the predictive value of each index on the severity of coronary artery disease in NSTE-ACS.Results1.The general clinical data were statistically compared within and between mild group and severe group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),which was comparable.General clinical data mainly include: age,sex,History of smoking,drinking,creatinine,additive words,etc.2.Serum concentrations of hs-c Tn T,CK-MB,hs-crp,and NT-pro BNP were considerably greater in severe patients than in mild patients.[[(0.70±1.66)ng /L and(0.20±1.59)ng /L,(48.57±151.95)μ mol /L and(6.91±16.97)μ mol /L,(12.80±25.99)ng /L and(4.25±11.51)ng /L,(807.29±1260.87)ng /L and(478.69±952.01)ng/l](p < 0.01)3.Increased blood hs-c Tn T,CK-MB,hs-crp,and NT-pro BNP levels were found to be risk variables for the severity of coronary artery disease in a logistic regression study.(P < 0.05).4.ROC curve analysis showed that the areas under the curve of serum hs-c Tn T,CK-MB,hs-crp and NT-pro BNP were 0.805,0.684,0.662 and 0.672 respectively.In NSTE-ACS,blood levels of hs-c Tn T,CK-MB,hs-crp,and NT-pro BNP are closely associated to the severity of coronary artery disease in individuals with coronary heart disease..Conclusion1.There is a link between the severity of coronary artery disease and hs-c Tn T.The greater the HS-CTNT level,the more serious the coronary artery disease is.2.CK-MB,hs-crp and NT-pro BNP are closely related to the severity of coronary artery disease. |
