There are tens of millions skin trauma patients in the world,However wound repairdressings can not meet the needs of clinical treatment. Therefore, it is urgent to develop aproduct that can actively invovle, control and promote wound repair. Bioactive glasspossesses good biocompatibility and gene activation, which can significantly promote woundhealing. collagen possesses low antigenicity and good biocompatibility, and can promotehemostasis, cell adhesion and native tissue regeneration. Both materials have been extensivelystudied as biological tissue repair materials. Nonethless, the application tissue repair werelimited by the poor mechanical properties of collagen. Genipin is a natural biologicalcrosslinking agent with good biocompatibility and low cytotoxicity. This article first usedGenipin toreact with collagen and prepared porous collagen membrane through freeze-dryingtechnology, studied the reaction mechanism and reaction conditions of genipin crosslinkedcollagen, and then prepared composite porous membrane dressings by mixed bioactive glasswith collagen, preliminarily determine the optimal range of bioactive glass content incomposite porous film dressing through material characterization and the simulated bodyfluid in vitro mineralization experiment.Treated collagen with genipin and prepared porous membrane by freeze-dryingtechnology. IR results showed that the formation of a new covalent bond, which indicatedgenipin reacts with collagen. X-ray diffraction results showed that amorphous structure ofcollagen porous film has increased, aggregate structure homogeneity has enhanced aftercrosslinking. According to crosslinking degree, absorbing rate and tensile properties, we findthat the best concentration of genipin crosslinked collagen is0.5%, the optimum pH is6, thebest crosslinking temperature is25℃, the best crosslinking time is24h.Mixed bioactive glass with collagen and prepared composite porous membrane dressingsby freeze-drying technology. Prepared bioactive glass powder using sol-gel method. The BETtests showed that bioactive glass has a high specific surface area and good pore sizedistribution. IR spectra showed that the addition of bioactive glass has no effect oncrosslinking, X-ray diffraction and thermal analysis showed the interaction between collagen and biological activity glass. By absorbing rate, tensile properties, permeabilitycharacterization and simulated body fluid mineralization in vitro experiment, preliminarilydetermined that the content of bioactive glass in composite porous film dressing is20%-40%,when composite porous film dressing has the best performance. The collagen/bioactive glass composite porous film dressing prepared in this study hasgood biocompatibility, and can actively participate in the regulation of wound repair process, also has excellent performances and simple preparation process. it can be used to repair allkinds of acute and chronic wound.
