| Objectives:Clinical efficacy of Premetaphase Chronic Renal Failure (CRF) which treated with the method of recuperating spleen and stomach and influence on its Renal Funtion.Methods:The author selects sixty patients that western diagnostic Premetaphase Chronic Renal Failure (CRF), Scr between133umol/l and451umol/l and Chinese medicine dialectical to cold dampness of pixu (spleen deficient).. Were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,30cases each. The control group oral medicinal charcoal piece, and in the same time the symptomatic treatment of modern medicine (control of blood pressure, blood sugar, improve anemia, correction of electrolyte disorder, etc.); Treatment group based on the control group with the method of spleen and stomach drop inverse, incense to dialectical for cold dampness of pixu (spleen deficient) patients with six gentlemen tonga subtraction treatment. A course of8weeks, compare before and after treatment symptoms, adverse reactions, laboratory indicators (Scr, BUN) changes, etc. Results using SPSS17.0statistical analysis, As P≤0.05, the difference is statistically significant. As P≤0.01, the difference was highly statistically significant.Results:Curative effect of the Treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05), Treatment group, control group in Scr and BUN were lower after treatment (Treatment group P<0.01, Control group P<0.05), But the treatment group, Scr、BUN reduced more significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion:Using the method of recuperating spleen and stomach to treat Premetaphase Chronic Renal Failure (CRF), which can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients, improving renal function with reduce the level of Scr and BUN, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, reduce mortality, delay the progress of the disease, late enter the end-stage nephrology and execute dialysis time.
