Clinical And Experiental Study On Relationship Between Symptom Of Spleen And Stomach Of Chronic Renal Failure And Gastrin MTL And The Effects Of Daihuang Jiangzhuo Granules In Treating The Disease

Discussion on distribution of symptom of spleen and stomach of chronic renal failure and level changes of MTL Gastrin.Objective: to discuse the distribution of symptom of sleen and stomach of chronic renal failure CRF and relationship of MTL ,Gastrin . Methods:40 cases patoens with CRFwere observed .10 diagnosis standard of symptom of spleen and stomach were made .Serum Gastrin ,plasma MTL of patients were tested .Results: (1) in 40 cases of CRF ,the occurrence rate of symptom of spleen and stomach were deficiency of spleen-qi and stomach-qi(57%), damp in the spleen and stomach and damp in the spleen-qi and stomach-qi(35% respectively), stagratioon of qi in stomach and intestines(32.5%),yang deficiency of the spleen and stomach and damp—heat in the spleen and stomach (15% respectively),failure of spleen to control circulating blood and water retention due to deficiency of spleen-qi and stomach-qi (10% respectively),yin deficiency of the spleen and stomach (7.5%).(2)In the renal failure satge of the CRF ,the level of Gastrin in water retention due to deficiency of spleen-qi and stomach-qi is the highest,this in staghation of qi in stomach and intestines is the lowest.In uremic stage of CRF,the level of Gastrin in yang deficiency of the spleen and stomach is the highest ,this in damp-heat in the spleen and stomach is the lowest. In the renal failure satge of CRF, the level of MTL in water retention due to deficiency of spleen-qi and stomach-qi is the highest, this in damp in the spleenand stomach is the lowest.In uremic stage of CRF,the level of MTL in water retention due to deficiency of spleen-qi and stomach-qi is the highest,this in deficiency of spleen-qi and stomach-qi is the lowest.Conclusion: thewe are close relationship between symptom of the spleen and stomach of CRF and Gastrin,MTL.Effect of Dahuangjiangzhuo Granules on the signs of the Spleen and the Stomach and gastrin and motilin levels in CRF patients.Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Dahuangjiangzhuo Granules on gastrin and motilin levels and the signs of the Spleen and the Stomach in CRF patients. Methods: Using Niaoduqing as control group, treat 40 CRF patients satisfying the diagnostic criteria of dampness-retention in Zhongjiao with Qi stagnation. Serum gastrin , plasma motilin, Ccr, BUN, Scr, plasma albumin and signs of the Spleen and the Stomach were observed. Results: After treatment, there were no significant difference in clinical control rate, marked effective rate and effectiveness rate in the two groups. The Scr and BUN levels in therapeutic group were decreased with remarkable difference (P<0.05) while that of control group with no difference.Ccr level of two groups were increased markedly(P<0.05) . Tp, Alb and Hb of two groups were both increased remarkably and the Alb increase of therapeutic group was more than that of control group with significant difference. Serum gastrin and plasma motilin of two groups both declined significantly(P<0.01) . Conclusion: Dahuangjiangzhuo Granules could decrease Scr, BUN, serum gastrin and plasma motilin levels, while increase Tp, Alb, Hb and Ccr levels in CRF patients.Effects of daihuang jiangzhuo granules on Gastrin, MTL of 5/6 nephrectomize rats.Objective:observe the level changes of Gastrin (GAS) MTL of 5/6 nephrectomize rats treated with daihuang jiangzhuo granules.To explore the mechanism of daihuang jiangzhuo granules to theat CRF.
