Objective:To explore establishing the animal model of rheumatoid arthritis; To explore the sinomenine in synovial membrane of related cytokines IL-6, IL-8and RF expression and synovial pathological morphology; To expand of sinomenine the clinical application of space to provide the exactly experimental basis. Methods:We Selected50male rats for research,we randomly divided them into5groups:blank group, model group, low, medium and high dose groups. Once a week we measure their weight, take the ankle synovial pathological dyeing for HE. We used immunohistochemical method to detect IL-6, IL-8and the content of the RF.Result:1. When rheumatoid arthritis attack, the RF level will rise, and can be observed in the joints obviously.2. SIN has a significant of rheumatoid arthritis model of mouse synovium of joint of IL-6、IL-8expression, and with the increasing of RF expression, the dose was negatively correlated3. Sinomenine can relieve the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, and the Joint damage severity and the dose was negatively correlated.Discussion:Sinomenine has a certain ease symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, sinomenine can significantly reduce joint swelling degree, and can reduce joint synovial membrane of IL-6, IL-8, the expression of the RF. With the increase of drug delivery dosage, its protective effect on joint synovial membrane, the more obvious, the IL-6, IL-8, the expression of the RF quantity, the greater the effect. So we come to the conclusion that:the sinomenine by reducing synovial joints in the IL-6, IL-8, the expression quantity to improve the RF onset rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, delaying the onset of rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid patients improve the quality of life.
