[Objective] By detecting the level of blood coagulation indexes of acute myeloid leukemia in different periods, different types, different platelet groups, different white blood cell groups and different degree of hemorrhage groups, discussing the relationship between clotting detection and acute myeloid leukemia in the aspect of diagnosis, disease progression and clinical curative effect, and exploring its clinical significance of individualized hemorrhage treatment.[Methods]Randomly selected20cases of healthy check-up and51cases of acute myeloid leukemia patients as the research object from Outpatient Department and Hematology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College.Coagulation indexes of four,D-dimer and routine blood were timely detected. In addition,selecting42cases of acute myeloid leukemia patients, among them, there are20incipient patients,17remission cases,and5relapse cases,in addition to test all of the above indexes, detecting TF and vWF,according to the specific requirements to group for discussions.[Results]1. Compared with the control group,PT in incipient and relapse group are extended(P<0.05,P<0.01);Compared with the control group,D-D in incipient and relapse group are increased, the difference is significant(P<0.01).2. Compared with incipient group,TF and vWF in remission group are reduced(P<0.01);Compared with remission group,TF and vWF in relapse group are increased(P<0.05).3. Compared with the control group,Fbg in the APL group is reduced, Fbg in AML group is increased(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,D-D in APL group and AML group are increased(P<0.01,P<0.05).4. Compared with group l,Fbg in white blood cells group4have significant difference (P<0.05);D-D in white blood cells groups are higher than the control group, compared with the control group,group4have significant difference (P<0.01);Compared with group1,D-D in group4group have significant difference(P<0.01).5. Fbg in PLT increased group is increased,in PLT decreased group is reduced, the difference is significant(P<0.05);D-D in each group is increased, compared with control group,D-D in PLT decreased group has significant difference (P<0.01).6. The more severe the bleeding, the lower the level of Fbg;D-D in Level2bleeding group is higher than level0and1bleeding group; The more serious the bleeding, the lower the number of PLT,compared with level0bleeding group,PLT in level1and2bleeding group have significant difference (P<0.01).[Conclusion]1. The activation of blood coagulation, anticoagulation and fibrinolysis system exist in the process of acute myeloid leukemia, and gradually improved along with the improvement of the illness.2. High coagulation state, hyperfibrinolysis state and endothelial injury in APL patients are relate to the patients’high blood mortality rate, more outstanding than other types of leukemia patients.3. Bleeding therapy alone for hemorrhage patients is not enough;various attention should be paid to comprehensive treatment, including the prevention and treatment of high coagulation state, fibrinolysis state and platelet infusion treatment. At the same time, chemotherapy can treat bleeding.4. Simultaneous detection of multiple indexes may prematurely and accurately assess bleeding and clotting status of patients before symptoms appear in patients, thus providing essential theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
