Objective:To evaluate the cardiac autonomic nerval function of patients with coronary heart disease with indice of HRV and deceleration capacity. Methods: Enroll the patients with coronary heart disease of cardiovascular ward of first affiliated hospital of Xiamen university, divided into three groups according to their disease condition, Group A:patients with stable angia pectoris and do not receive PCI treatment,76cases,25cases combine with prior myocardial infarction. Group B: patients with stable angia pectoris and receive PCI treatment,45cases,16cases combine with prior myocardial infarction.Group C:patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia,70cases.Furthermore,Group D serves as a control group:patients without CHD of similar other diseases background and age bracket,218cases.The indice of HRV and DC are adopted for the evaluation of cardiac autonomic nervous systematic function.ResuIts:l.For index of DC, there is statistical difference between group A and group B、C、D, between group C and group D; for index of SDNN, there is statistical difference between group A and group C、 D, between group B、 C and group D. As for indice RMMSD and PNN50, they show no statistical difference among groups.2. There is moderate correlation between DC and SDNN.The above findings suggest that there is reduction in coronary heart disease patients’indices of SDNN and DC;DC is more sensitive to the change of ANS function after myocardial reperfusion likewise, SDNN is more sensitive for the assement of the overall ANS function. Conclusion:There is reduction in coronary heart disease patients’indices of SDNN and DC,the two inedices have a moderate correlation; indice of SDNN and DC may provide an approach for the comprehensive assessment of CHD patients’s cardiac autonomic nerval dysfunction.
