| Objective To investigate the value of deceleration capacity of heart rate (DC) in evaluating autonomic nervous function of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods Selecting 62 cases of CHD patients,58 cases of T2DM patients and 50 healthy subjects, all have done 24h Holter monitoring, comparative analysis DC and heart rate variability (HRV) time-domain index (including SDNN, RMSSD, pNN50).Results The analysis results of DC and time-domain HRV parameters in CHD group and T2DM group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). CHD group and T2DM group DC values compared with SDNN, RMSSD, pNN50 value, there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05). DC and HRV time domain index were positively correlated, CHD group:SDNN (r=0.614, P<0.01), RMSSD (r=0.598, P<0.01), pNN50 (r=0.537, P<0.01). T2DM group:SDNN (r=0.608, P<0.01), RMSSD (r=0.505, P<0.01),pNN50(r=0.498, P<0.01)Conclusion DC has important clinical significance for the assessment to autonomic nervous function of patients with CHD and T2DM. |
