Clinical Research Of ZiTongXiaoBai Tincture Combined With308nm Excimer Laser In The Treatment Of Vitiligo

Abstract Objective:To provide safe and effective treatment methods for the clinical treatment of vitiligo,this paper will observer ZiTongXiaoBai tincture combined with308nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo’ efficacy and safety.Methods:90vitiligo patients were randomly divided into three groups, each group30cases.Combination therapy group were given ZiTongXiaoBai tincture and308nm excimer laser;ZiTongXiaoBai group were given ZiTongXiaoBai tincture;308nm excimer laser group were giver308nm excimer laser therapy.ZiTongXiaoBai tincture wiped outside three times a day,laser used two times a week,both therapy8weeks.After treatment of4weeks and8weeks,we would analyzed curative effect through skin lesion area and pigment integral.And at end of treatment,adverse reactions also analyzed.Results:In the treatment of4weeks,combination therapy group had statistically significant combined with ZiTongXiaoBai group and308nm excimer laser group in the curative effect difference(P<0.05). Other,About pigment integral,combination group with ZiTongXiaoBai tincture group had statistically significant (P<0.05),but compared with308nm laser group without statistical significance (P>0.05).In the treatment of8weeks,combination therapy group compared with ZiTongXiaoBai group and308nm excimer laser group in the curative effect and pigment integral(P<0.05);Combined treatment group compared with the control group in the incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of4weeks,the curative effect of combined therapy is not better than pure laser treatment,but it better than simple drug treatment;After8weeks,combination group was superior to others,security is guaranteed, it is worth clinical promotion.
