| Objective:To investigate the effect of the Danlong Xingnao Fang on on Angiogenic factors in Rats Models of Cerebral Focal Ischemia-reperfusionMethod:This experiment adopts the method of MCAO model with SD male rat ischemia-reperfusion injury,a successful builted survivals are divided into six groups at random:Danlong Xingnao Fang big dose group, Danlong Xingnao Fang middle dose group,Danlong Xingnao Fang small dose group,Nimodipine group, Model group and Sham group, each group of has eight, in addition to the Sham group, the rest of the group adopt MCAO method to build model,and recovered of2h reperfusion, Sham1only, external carotid artery ligation without ischemia reperfusion.12h later, determination of neurological function score.
