Clinical Observation Of Tiaodu Anshen Acupuncture On The Patients Suffering From Youth Tension-type Headache

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect and the safe reliability of tiaodu anshen acupuncture on the Patients suffering from youth tension-type headache,the study is aiming to prove the validity and feasibility of the treatment with youth tension-type headache.Methods:By the strict way of random and trial,60cases were randomly assigned into two groups,In the treatment group,30patients were treated by tiaodu anshen acupuncture therapy and30patients were treated by regular acupuncture therapy.Two acupuncture groups were serially treated for10days as a course of treatment, following3days’rest of each course,2courses in all.The therapeutic effects were systematic evaluated at the ending course, including patients with sleep quality and the level of pain.The Visual Analog pain Scale was recoded before the courses,at1and3months after treatment.The scores of PSQI were registered before and after the treatment respectively.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS statistics software.Results:1.To compare VAS points:The pain level of two groups after therapy was significantly decreased than before,showing remarkably difference.While after the1,3months treatment,The pain relief degree was superior in the treatment group as to that of the control group(P<0.01).study shows that tiaodu anshen acupuncture method had superior effect on pain relief as to that of the routine acupuncture group.2.To compare total effective rate:The effective rate of tiaodu anshen acupuncture group and control group were95%and73.3%,the difference was statistically significant.3.To compare PSQI score:Before the treatment,the score was no significant difference between the groups P>0.05.After the treatment,tiaodu anshen acupuncture group down83.3%patients with sleep disorders than the before,routine acupuncture group down28.6%patients with sleep disorders than the before;comparison in PSQI score among sleep disorder patients.4.Tiaodu anshen acupuncture group is than the control group P<0.05,Compared with before treatment,treatment group were insignificant differences P<0.05,but routine acupuncture group had no significant difference before and after treatment P>0.05.Conclusions:The tiaodu anshen acupuncture method can significantly alleviate the pain level of youth tension-type headache patients, its effective rate in pain relief is demonstrably superior to routine acupuncture group;All patients were followed up for1and3months,the treatment group was also superior to routine acupuncture group;Both of these therapies can improve the sleeping quality,while tiaodu anshen acupuncture group improved significantly superior to controls,because tiaodu anshen acupuncture method had tranquilizing and analgesic effect.In a word,according to the research study that the method of tiaodu anshen acupuncture should be a good choice for the youth patients with tension-type headache.
