Modern Literature And Clinical Research In Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea

Objective:This research is to screen,generalize,analyse and summarize the documents of the recent10years about the cure of dysmenorrhea,which is caused by endometriosis. To explore and analyzethe endometriosis dysmenorrhea regularity in the different treatment,And to provide evidences for the clinical treatment of this kind of dysmenorrhea by exploring and analysing the dialectical law of the drugs.Methods:By retrieving from January2003to December2013China journal full-text database (CNKI), a database of ten thousand, selectes standard literature, and summarized the relevant internal and enema and drug use, Do the frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis with the softwares of Excel and SPSS17.0, and the modern pharmacology analysis as well.To generalize the pathogeny and regularity treatment.Results:1The total documents of oral drugs that comply with a standard are131, collected143kinds of prescritions,including165kinds of drugs, the drugs totall appear1583times.The blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving drug appears the highest frequency of42.01%in total drugs for665times. Followed by tonic medicine, appears frequency of18.57%for294times. Overall high frequency of drugs, there are8kinds of theblood-activiating and stasis-dissolving drug, accounting for61.54%;2kinds of the tonic medicine accounting for15.38%;The drugs of antipyretic,hemostatic and regulating QI flow account for7.69%each of one. Factor analysis revealed a high frequency of drug:F1: Rougui, Xiaohuixiang, yanhusuo F2:Mudanpi, Chishao,Fuling F3:Huangqi, Gancao F4:Xiangfu, Wulingzhi, Puhuang F5:Shuizhi, Zaojiaoci. F6:Tusizi, Niuxi.Cluster analysis showed a high frequency of drug:C1:Xiangfu, Yanhusuo, Wulingzhi, Puhuang, C2:Guizhi,Danggui,, Danshen,Honghua, Taoren C3:Chishao, Mudanpi, Fuling, Tubiechong C4:Sanleng, Ezhu, Zaojiaoci C5:Danggui, Huangqi, Yanhusuo, Chuanxiong C6:Tusizi, Rougui, Niuxi, Danshen.2The total documents of enema that comply with a standard are38,collected38kinds of prescritions, including83kinds of drugs, the drugs totall appear363times. The blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving drug appears the highest frequency of46.83%in total drugs for170times. Followed by antipyretic medicine, appears frequency of25.62%for93 times.Overall high frequency of drugs, there are6kinds of the blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving drug,accounting for66.67%;3kinds of the antipyretic medicine accounting for33.33%.Factor analysis revealed a high frequency of drug: F1:Sanleng,Ezhu,Zaojiaoci F2:Danshen,Chishao,BaijiangcaoF3:Ruxiang,Moyao,XiangfuF4:Guizhi,Chuanxiong,Hongh ua.Commonly used couplet medicines are:Sanleng and Ezhu, Ruxiang and Moyao, Taoren and Honghua, Wulingzhi and Puhuang.Conclusion:1Traditional chinese medicine treating dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis, oral drug application side to blood circulation drugs and tonics based; enema drug application to blood circulation and antipyretic drugs based.2Ranked high frequency before9oral prescription medication are Chishao, Danggui, Ezhu, Danshen, Taoren, Chuanxiong, Yanhusuo, Sanleng, Wulingzhi.Ranked high frequency Before9enema prescription drugs are Ezhu, Sanleng, Danshen,Baijiangcao, Chishao,Daxueteng,Moyao,Ruxiang, Yanhusuo.3This kind of dysmenorrhea’s most fundamental pathogenesis is blood stasis, the causes include deficiency, Hanning, heat, phlegm, qi stagnation, kidney and so on.4The clusteing of drug are similar in combination with amber bulk composition.5Enema of commonly used drugs are: Sanleng and Ezhu, Ruxiang and Moyao, Taoren and Honghua, Wulingzhi and Puhuang.
