| Purpose:Explore the application and regularity of compatibility of treatments of dysmenorrhea in respect of classification, prescription, material medicine and acupuncture in modern literatures, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Material and method:Select relevant papers that are domestically published between 1990 and 2014 in Chinese Biomedical Database(CBM) and manually pick the research oriented article as our main data.Using the Co-occurrence Analysis System of BICOMB bibliography,extract and process data on aspect of prescription, classification, material medicine and acupuncture according to the names, then standardize in accordance with textbook and other references.Counting the word frequency, we analysis common classification, common prescription, common material medicine and common acupuncture.Constructing the co-occurrence matrix of material medicine and acupuncture point, using NETDRAW to deal with visualization. Using frequency statistic and graph clustering software SPSS Statistics 22 to perform clustering analysis for common medicine and common acupuncture points.Results:Browsing through CBM, we filtered out relevant 1306 papers that published between 1990 and 2014.1. Among 1306 papers, there are 82 types, total appeared 1500 times. That are more frequent(over 10 times) have 15 types, which are Qi and blood deficiency,dampness stagnation, blood stasis, liver and kidney deficiency, liver qi stagnation,damp heat and blood stasis, Hanning uterus, damp heat, damp heat accumulation,stagnation of the liver, kidney, blood loss, kidney deficiency and blood stasis,deficiency cold etc.2. The treatment involves 209 prescriptions, appeared 686 times in total. That are more frequent(over 10 times) have 15 of prescripted, which are Shaofuzhuyudecoction, Wen Jingtang, gexiazhuyutang, tiaogantang, Xuefuzhuyu Decoction, Xiaoyao Powder, Shengyu decoction, Taohong Siwu Decoction and Angelica four inverse decoction, Siwu Decoction, Shixiaosan, Guizhi Fuling pill,Bazhen decoction, clearing heat and regulating blood soup, Aifu Nuangong boluses.3. There are 972 papers specialized in treatment of dysmenorrhea by using Chinese medicine, refer to 366 types of herbs, appeared total 17853 times. Common herbs(shows more than 260 times) are 21 in total, classified in 7 groups and scattered over 11 meridians. Using co-occurrence analysis and visibility to test the degree of correlation between common used herbs. Cluster analysis put common used herbs into 5 categories: first group: safflower, peach kernel, the root of three-nerved spicebush, radices paeoniae alba, liquorice. Second group: fennel,cattail pollen, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, cinnamon, excrementum pteropi. Third group: radix bupleuri, bark of tree peony root, Astragalus mongholicus, evodia rutaecarpa. Forth group: motherwort, the root of red-rooted salvia, Commiphora Myrrha. Fifth group: Ligusticum wallichii, rhizoma cyperi, rhizoma corydalis,angelica.4. There are 486 papers on the study of dysmenorrhea, refer to 141 acupuncture points, total mentioned 4178 times. Common points(appeared more than 70 times)is 17, specified on 7 meridians, 1 extra-point and 6 special acupoints. Using co-occurrence and visibility analysis to explore the degree of correlation between common herbs. The result of cluster analysis classified common acupoints into 4groups: First, Sanyinjiao, Guan Yua. Second, zusanli, taichong, xuehai, zhongji,qihai, shenshu. Third, ganshu,pishu, mingmen, baliao. Forth, diji, ciliao, hegu,guilai, zigong.Conclusion:1. Qi stagnation and blood stasis, deficiency of Qi and blood, dampness stagnation, blood stasis, deficiency of liver and kidney are the common types of dysmenorrhea recorded in modern literatures.2. Shaofuzhuyu decoction, Wen Jingtang, gexiazhuyutang, tiaogantang, Xuefuzhuyu Decoction etc. are common prescriptions recorded in modern literatures.3. Danggui, yanhusuo, chuanqiong, xiangfu, wulingzhi etc. are common adopted herbs in the treatment of dysmenorrhea in modern literatures. Dysmenorrhea treatment is most about blood treatment. Blood deficiency, blood stasis, cold evil are the most common causes of dysmenorrhea, while blood stasis is the major one. This seven herbs, danggui, chuanqiong, yanhusuo, rougui, baishao, xiangfu,wulingzhi, are always used together. The common principal of dysmenorrhea treatment by using Chinese medicine is about Qi and blood circulation, warm the meridians, relieving Qi Stagnancy in Liver, through gynaecology specific drugs and specialized herbal medicine.4. Sanyinjiao, Guan Yuan, Qihai, Zusanli, zhongji, Shenshu are common adopted acupoints, mainly centered on Ren meridian, Spleen Channel of Foot-Taiyin and bladder meridian, according to modern studies. Special points are mostly refer to the crossing point and Yu Muxue. Sanyinjiao, Zusanli, zhongji, Shenshu, Qihai,Guan yuan are always used in combination. Common acupuncture points, paired with compatibility, treats dysmenorrhea in ways of Peiyuan, nourishing spleen,regulating Chong and Ren, Relieving Qi Stagnancy in Liver, Strengthening spleen and kidney and by experience. |
