Objectives:Evaluation of the low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with visual clinical studies of upper limb function after stroke promote reconstruction and other objective indicators based on feedback sEMG.Methods:The60cases of patients who met the diagnostic inclusion criteria, according to the order of admission were randomly divided into two groups (low-frequency therapy group) and treatment groups (low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with visual feedback group),30cases in each Two groups of patients were first daily routine acupuncture rehabilitation. Then, the control group, select the suffering limb points Ximen, the customs, hand three years, foreign relations position given the low frequency electrical stimulation; treatment group, patients receiving low frequency in patients treated simultaneously active visual feedback training. Both groups,20min/time,1time/day, for6day/week, rest for1day/week for4weeks of treatment. And before treatment and after treatment last week, collecting wrist flexion and wrist extensor muscle group muscle groups sEMG signals and extract the eigenvalues RMS, MAX evaluated. And using standard clinical neurologic deficit score (CSS) upper limb score, Fulg-Meyer motor function assessment (upper), Barthel ADL Index rating scales evaluated.Results:1. Treatment group and control group patients after treatment flexion muscles RMS, MAX values before treatment (p>0.05) was no significant difference in the first two weeks treatment fall after reaching a peak, and before treatment comparison were significant differences (P<0.01); after the first three weeks of the first four weeks treatment showed no significant difference (P>0.05);2,3,4weeks before treatment and treatment comparison were significant differences (p<0.01). After treatment than before treatment. RMS value of the treatment and control groups3and4weeks treatment comparison were significant differences (P<0.01); MAX value in the treatment group and the control group,4weeks of treatment compare differences were significant (p<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.2. After the treatment group and control group patients neurological deficit score (CSS) has compared the treatment of a significant difference (P <0.01), and the treatment group difference compared with the control was significant difference (P<0.01) groups, and the treatment group91%effective, the treatment group was higher.3. Treatment group and control group patients after treatment Fugl-Meyer (upper) score and Barthel ADL score, compared with those before treatment had significant difference (P<0.01), and the difference between the treatment group compared with the control group there was a significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group than the control group.Conclusions:1. The treatment group and the control group therapy efficacy of upper limb function after stroke promote the exact reconstruction of the upper limb motor function after stroke hemiplegia and activities of daily living were improved.2. Therapeutic efficacy of group therapy after stroke upper limb function to promote the reconstruction of therapy than the control group, and the shortest duration≥2weeks.
