Tang Jiawei Derdermatitis Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris Of Clinical Observations Made (Blood Heat Syndrome)

Objective:Watch "dermatitis flavored soup" treatment of psoriasis vulgaris clinical efficacy of (blood-heat syndrome).Method:Selected First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Dermatology clinic conducted of compliance with psoriasis vulgaris (blood heat syndrome) in68patients, age range18to65years in patients for the study, using the method of randomization, divided for the treatment and control groups.34cases in each group, a total of68cases, the treatment process off three cases, the actual completion of the65cases. The treatment group received oral medicine decoction "dermatitis flavored soup", the control group was given oral pills "compound indigo Capsule", two groups were with topical "Vaseline." Observed after8weeks of treatment was observed before and after the change in PASI scores of two groups of patients and make therapeutic efficacy.Results:1.after8weeks of treatment, the treatment group PASI score was significantly lower than the control group, two groups PASI scores were significantly different (P<0.05); treatment group than the control group rated the degree of pruritus, two groups have pruritus scores significant differences (P<0.05).2.The total effective rate was90.62%in the control group, the total effective rate was70.00%, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) between two groups, the treatment group showed clinical effect than the control group.Conclusions:First:"flavored dermatitis soup" can significantly reduce the conduct of psoriasis vulgaris (blood heat syndrome) patients and the severity of the lesion area, reducing PASI scores, reduce pruritus scores, improve clinical symptoms. The clinical effect than the control group received oral "Compound Indigo capsule." Second:"flavored dermatitis soup" is the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris (blood heat syndrome) is an effective treatment prescription.
