Clinical Study Of Flavored Simiao Soup Combined With White Ointment For The Treatment Of Damp Heat Complex Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective To : observe the clinical efficacy of flavored Simiao Soup combined with white ointment in the treatment of damp heat complex acute gouty arthritis and evaluate its safety,so as to provide patients with an effective and safe treatment method.Methods: The 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a control group and a treatment group with 40 cases in each group,and the control group was treated with celecoxib,febuxita and sodium bicarbonate in the basic treatment;the treatment group was treated with flavored simiao soup combined with white ointment on the basis of the control group;both groups were treated for 7 days.The total scores of TCM syndrome,visual simulation score,ESR,C-reactive protein,blood uric acid level,liver and kidney function and joint pain episodes during treatment were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment,and statistical analysis was carried out to evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of flavored Simiao soup combined with white ointment on acute gout arthritis.Results:1.Comparison of the total scores of TCM syndrome: the difference between the total scores of TCM syndrome before treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the total score of TCM syndrome after treatment in both groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.001);the total score of TCM syndrome in the post-treatment treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).2.Comparison of joint pain episodes scores: During the treatment of the two groups,the score of joint pain episodes in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).3.Comparison of visual simulation scores: the difference between the two groups before treatment VAS scores was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the VAS scores after treatment in both groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.001);the VAS scores in the post-treatment treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).4.Comparison of blood uric acid: the difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the BUA after treatment in both groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.001);the BUA in the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).5.Comparison of erythrocyte sediment rate and C-reactive protein: the difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.001);the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).6.Comparison of total effective rate: After treatment,both groups achieved certain efficacy,and the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95% and 77.50%,respectively.The therapeutic group was significantly more effective than the control group(P<0.001).7.During the treatment process of the two groups of patients,the patients did not have serious adverse reactions such as diarrhea and vomiting,and there were no abnormalities in the three major routines and liver and kidney function,indicating that the safety was good during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion:1.Flavored Simiao soup combined with white ointment can significantly improve the pain and TCM symptoms of patients with acute gouty arthritis,reduce erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein,and the treatment effect is better than that of simple oral Western medicine.2.Flavored Simiao Soup combined with white ointment can significantly reduce the blood uric acid level in patients with acute gouty arthritis,and has no toxic side effects,safe and reliable.3.Patients with gouty arthritis undergo uric acid reduction therapy in the acute stage,which is easy to induce joint pain,but combined with flavored Simiao soup and external application of white ointment,the number of joint pain attacks can be reduced.
